Make a request
- Send an email with the subject "Data deletion request" to [email protected].
- Tell us which application it concerns (e.g. the WhatsApp platform) and include information that lets us identify you (email address, business name or phone number).
- If needed, we will contact you through the same channel to verify your identity.
Via Facebook or WhatsApp
If you connected your WhatsApp Business account to the keremcep.dev platform with Facebook, you can remove the connection from the "Apps and websites" section of your Facebook account settings. Meta then forwards the deletion request automatically; you receive a confirmation code, which is shown on this page.
Timing and scope
- Requests are fulfilled within 30 days at the latest.
- Access tokens are deleted immediately when the connection is removed.
- Records that must be kept for legal reasons (such as audit records) are deleted when that period ends.
- Copies in encrypted backups are deleted automatically when the backup retention period ends (at most 6 months).
